Poem of the Day

6 A.M

What if when we woke up randomly,

At six in the morning,

On the weekend,

A Sunday to be specific,

And the world was still sleeping,

With not much to say.

The darkness is still,

Until it’s starts to deteriorate by the sun light,

As our bodies lay still,

Motionless to the rhythm of my heart beating simultaneously to your heart.

Imagine if we woke up randomly up at six in the morning,

On a weekend,

A Sunday to be specific,

With no work or nothing to do,

And we lay there for hours,

Saying nothing,

Holding onto our everything,

Without much to say,

Because our smiles says it’s all.

And as we lay,

The more for your love I fall,

Victim to your soul.

But what if we woke up randomly in the morning,

On a weekend,

A Sunday to be specific,

And the earth no longer seemed like earth,

And the sky is no longer in the same position,

While the stars disappeared,

And the planets became balls of gases instead of giant land masses,

With nowhere to be found in the galaxy,

Then i would remain humble because with you,

My intuition told me your love just takes me to different dimensions.

Nothing would be out of the ordinary,

I already knew the trip to my heart was a dangerous search and rescue mission.

Now our love is sweeter than a ripe alpine strawberry.

If we randomly woke up together,

At six in morning,

It’s because I’ve made the decision to always be your Prince Charming.
